In 1960, the first EPS Block Molding Machine in the world was manufactured by JOTECHNIK Maschinenbau GmbH Plant in Austria. Since then, more than 200 EPS Pre-Expanders, 500 EPS Block Molding Machines, 50 EPS Cutting Machines were manufactured there.
Questioning the existing in order to find new and better ways was the approach we took and it enables us to offer you better pre-expanders. No matter whether you wish to process white, black, grey or mixed raw materials, our pre-expander gives you the right machine to meet your market requirements.
Fluidised beds belong to the past for us. The expanded beads are emptied and dried in a closed system. In this way increase your product quality and you do not need to have any more worries about current and future environmental and safety discussions.
We work on a pure batch basis-you no longer have to clean every time you change materials or dyes!
